1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

Each Monster Pillove is handmade with care.

  • Production Time: All orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 3 business days.
  • Personalized Orders: If your order includes custom embroidery, the 3-day production window still applies as we strive for a fast turnaround.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We partner with ShipEntegra to ensure your order is delivered by the world’s most reliable express carriers, primarily DHL Express or FedEx.

  • Global Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, it typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days regardless of your location.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the DHL or FedEx websites.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • Monster Pillove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

5. WRONG ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or those returned due to non-payment of customs duties.
