Have you ever wondered about the journey your soft and cute friends take before they reach you? Here is the magical process of turning fabric into a character!
1. It All Starts with a Dream and a Pencil
Every Monster Pillove character begins with a story. We ask ourselves: "Should this monster be cheerful, sleepy, or maybe a little confused?" With sketches on paper, the character's eyes, teeth, and unique shape start to emerge.
2. Choosing the Softest Fabrics
What is the most important feature of a pillow? The incredibly soft feeling when you hug it, of course! The safety of children and sensitive skin is our top priority. That’s why we carefully select the highest quality, non-pilling fabrics that give you peace of mind when touched. Our workshop turns into a rainbow as we decide on the vibrancy of the colors.
3. Cutting and Sewing: The Pieces Come Together
Once we place our patterns on the fabrics, the cutting process begins. This is the part that requires the most attention. Eyes, ears, those funny teeth... Each one is prepared individually. As the sound of the sewing machine echoes in the workshop, flat pieces of fabric slowly turn into a "character." We pay attention to durability and aesthetics in every stitch because we want these monsters to be your friends for many years.
4. Bringing Them to Life: The Stuffing Process
Here is the most fun part! The flat covers are stuffed with premium quality fiber fill. As our pillow puffs up, that cute facial expression appears. Not too hard, not too soft; we stuff it until it reaches the perfect "huggable" consistency. Our monster is now 3D and ready to be embraced!
5. Final Touches and Quality Control
Before our monster is packaged, it goes through a strict check. Are the seams strong? Are the eyes perfectly in place? Are there any loose threads? If everything is perfect, we pack it with care for its journey to its new owner.
