Because most of our pillows are made to order or personalized, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and returns.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. CANCELLATIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Orders:<\/strong> You may request a cancellation within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of purchase. Once the production process has started, cancellations may not be possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personalized Orders:<\/strong> Orders involving custom embroidery or specific design requests cannot be canceled once production has begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. RETURNS &amp; EXCHANGES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong> Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to return <strong>standard (non-personalized)<\/strong> products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-Returnable Items (IMPORTANT):<\/strong> In accordance with the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts (Article 15), the right of withdrawal <strong>does not apply<\/strong> to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer&#8217;s explicit wishes or personal needs. This includes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any pillow with custom name embroidery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-made color or size variations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return Shipping:<\/strong> Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the <strong>Buyer<\/strong>. For international returns, any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at <strong>hello@monsterpillove.com<\/strong> within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund for proven defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. REFUNDS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
